This program assists eligible individuals to find and keep a community job with the help of a Job Coach.  A Job Coach specializes in helping workers with disabilities perform the tasks of their jobs successfully.  This includes providing intensive monitoring, training, assessment and support to workers and facilitating healthy working relationships between management and co-workers. 

     Last year 24 persons received Job Coach assistance to successfully work in the community. The average wage earned was $7.38 per hour for individuals in this program.
