Community Partners

    "Community Partners" is a mentoring program designed to link members of the community with adults with developmental disabilities. Through regular contacts with their assigned community partner, the program participant is able to meet and make new friends in the community, enjoy new life experiences, and reduce dependency on upon agency support staff.
